In 2022, I made a pivotal decision to transition from my accomplished career in Human Resources to embark on a journey of professional coach training. This decision marked a profound shift for me, leading me to discover what I firmly believe to be my true calling in life. While coaching seemed a natural progression given my extensive experience working with leaders and employees at all levels, it has become an unexpected source of passion and purpose in facilitating transformative change in the lives of others.

This coaching journey has seamlessly integrated my diverse and compelling personal and professional life experiences, creating a harmonious blend that informs and enriches my coaching practice today.

“Cathy and I worked together for numerous years at a large manufacturing company that produced an exceptionally high tech, high dollar product. In her role at that time as my Human Resources partner, Cathy guided myself, my leadership team of approximately twenty-five individuals and our staff of approximately six hundred employees through routine employment and employee matters. In this capacity, Cathy excelled at her ability to address and resolve all issues ranging from the most routine to the most unorthodox. Cathy did a superlative job supporting my organization in this regard, however, her true value lied in her ability to guide and coach both our leadership and our staff in making difficult decisions. Cathy’s innate ability to recognize, organize, interpret and prioritize variables surrounding complex situations and scenarios is what routinely allowed her to effectively coach our team towards making sound decisions. Cathy taught us how to think, process and manage information and as a result our team was productive and consistent in our method of decision-making. Cathy was a strong positive influence and she played an important role in our success as individuals and as an organization.”
