Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there a price difference between corporate clients and individual clients?

When a coach works with a client that’s being sponsored by the employer, the coach then has two clients: the client and the sponsor. The coach will need to communicate with each party for a successful session, however confidential information will not be shared between the two parties.  All coaching sessions are confidential.

What if the two parties in a corporate setting need to work out an issue or a problem?

The coach can offer to facilitate the discussion and it would be up to the sponsor or employer to create a plan for conflict resolution.

In a bundle, how often am I able to contact you?

Typically, sessions would be weekly. To best serve all of my clients, I offer text and phone support, but I ask that you keep a running list of issues to be discussed in your next session. However, if an issue arises that needs an immediate response, you may contact me during “typical” business hours. I will return your request within 48 hours.

What is the difference between professional and personal coaching?

Professional coaching involves career development within a position, moving up through a promotion within your current company, or to take a new position elsewhere.  In personal coaching, the coach partners with the client to establish and attain their personal goals outside of their career.

What is the difference between professional coaching and human resources?

Professional coaching is an avenue to help a client to realize their own goals. The function of the human resources department is to support the mission and objectives of the employer.
